Thursday, September 2nd instead of our normal practice we will be having a fund raiser. We will ask each player to do as many SPRINTS in a 15-minute time period and gather pledges from friends, family and neighbors for each completed sprint. WE ARE TRYING TO RAISE FUNDS TO REPLACE MUCH NEEDED FIELD EQUIPMENT AND PLAYER EQUIPMENT FOR NEXT YEAR.

And the best part will be the WATER BALLOON FIGHT immediately after, PLAYERS vs. COACHES. Everyone supplies their own water balloons, so load up! THEN after the fight, NEWPORT RIB CO. will be catering dinner plates for only $7.00 including soda!! ASK YOUR TEAM ADMIN for DETAILS AND START GATHERING PLEDGES!!

IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PAY THE TOLL EXIT MAC ARTHUR BLVD, either off the 73 (no toll) or OFF 405, and takeMAC ARTHUR SOUTH until SAN JOAQUIN HILLS and turn LEFT, take SAN JOAQUIN HILLS all the way until it dead ends into NEWPORT COAST DRIVE, turn LEFT (back towards the 73 TOLL ROAD) until you see the SAGE HILL sign on the right, turn right.

Please get the word out that we are in need of Jr. Clinic and Future league players. If you know any neighbors, friends or classmates that have expressed interest in giving youth football a try, please let them know that it's not too late to register. Since these are our younger divisions it's a great time to introduce kids to football when the competition is less and there are fewer players on these teams which means more playing time for each player. To qualify for Jr. Clinic, players need to be born between August 1, 2001 and July 31, 2003 AND and weigh between 50-95 pounds at certification this August 28th. Jr. Clinic only needs a few more players to qualify. To qualify for Jr. Future/Future, players need to be born between August 1, 2003 and July 31, 2005 and there aren't any weight limitations. This is our flag football team. We don't want this to be our second year without a flag team. The more players we can start in these younger divisions, the more successful our program (and local high school programs) will be in the future. Not much is posted there now, but updates will be posted in case you miss anything or don't think to check the website regularly.
